To integrate the online learning with this mode, OnlearnLMS provides a unique Competencies system, whereby a Manager is provided with an Assessment Document (eg. checklist) which can be downloaded, then completed and optionally uploaded.
A Competency Library keeps records of all the required Competencies that are required within the Organisation.
Competencies require a Checklist Document, and a Help Document to assist assessors.
Assessors are able to complete the process, and mark success in the required Competency. Managers can then view the Competency requirements and success for each Staff Member.
